What's the value in using Promapp to manage processes?
- Address process breakdown – stop the constant fire-fighting of issues that occur when there's no clear big picture of what our processes are and how they all interconnect.
- Enable business improvement – whether it's day-to-day small enhancements or companywide transformation, you need a clear understanding of current processes before you can improve them.
- Assign ownership – ongoing improvement of processes is inhibited without process ownership and responsibility. Remove this barrier, assign ownership and make staff accountable.
- Mitigate against loss of knowledge – treat process knowledge as an asset. Each time a staff member leaves our asset is eroded. Create a central information asset that will grow over time – rather than erode.
